1:1 Training FAQs

  • Life happens. If you are unable to make your session that day, you are gifted a grace period to reschedule your session during that month. If you are unable to reschedule, you will lose that session.

  • No. The use of Fitness Formula Studio is only allowed with the supervision of a certified coach.

    That being said, your program will be designed based on the equipment you have access to so there are no interruptions in your program.

  • Absolutely! Whether you have a full gym setup or no equipment at all, you can certainly engage in at-home training. Your coach will assess your goals, current abilities, and available equipment to tailor a program specifically for you.

    Additionally, your coach can offer recommendations on which equipment might be beneficial to add based on your goals, helping you enhance your home workout experience.

  • This depends on your goal and how well you are sticking to the plan.

    -Healthy weight loss means about 1-2 lbs lost a week. Most people start seeing a real difference in 3 months and in a year feel like a new person.

    -Under ideal conditions, you should see noticeable muscle growth in 3-6 months.

    -Performance goals will vary widely and we an give you a time estimate after your first session.

  • This depends on many factors, so we recommend scheduling consultation for your personalized recommendation. Most clients see us 1-3 times a week.

Boxing FAQs

  • It is recommended you do so. We offer community gloves to rent but for the best fit, it is encouraged that you consult your coach to purchase the correct fit for you.

    Communication about your dietary restrictions is key to ensuring that your coach can provide you with the most effective and enjoyable coaching experience. We ask that for any dietary restriction caused by a medical condition, you get a doctor’s approval prior to starting Nutrition Coaching.

  • Yes, nutrition coaching often includes a meal plan. Your coach will first work with you to establish essential habits crucial for your success. These habits lay the foundation for sustainable progress and ensure that the meal plan aligns with your specific goals and needs. Then, your coach will work with you to develop your customized plan.

Small Group FAQs

  • All Small Group Classes are held at FitSpace in St. Louis Park MN.

  • No. While Small Group Classes utilizes the FitSpace facility, FitSpace does not offer private usage of their space and equipment.

    That being said, if you are looking for additional workouts outside of class, talk with your coach to discuss the right training plan for you.

  • Your program will fit the goal you and your classmates share. Due to you sharing time with 2-3 classmates, we will not be able to personalize to the full extent of a 1:1 session. However, we will personalize for the needs of that group.
