Life happens. If you are unable to make your session that day, you are gifted a grace period to reschedule your session during that month. If you are unable to reschedule, you will lose that session.

Absolutely! Whether you have a full gym setup or no equipment at all, you can certainly engage in at-home training. Your coach will assess your goals, current abilities, and available equipment to tailor a program specifically for you.
Additionally, your coach can offer recommendations on which equipment might be beneficial to add based on your goals, helping you enhance your home workout experience.
